CEO

Malcolm has over 30 years' experience in the finance industry with companies such as Barclays, ANZ Merchant Bank and Caledonia Investments. Most recently he served as Finance Director and CEO at Perinvest. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Mark Street

Institutional Sales

Mark has forty years’ experience of financial markets, building and managing sales and distribution for sell and buy side institutions such as James Capel, Morgan Grenfell, UBS Asia, SG Global Equities and Al Rajhi Capital, in UK, Asia, Middle East and Europe.

Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of fintech platform Delio – scaled business from $0 to $5m revenue. Director of DCM, Lux AIFM facilitating impact transactions to private banks.. Former advisor to family offices & UHNWs at UBS & Barclays.

Alexander Swaab

Platform & Community

Experienced start-up growth and operations specialist. Worked in big data analytics, human development and microtraining solutions. Built BAT’s flagship beyond nicotine growth platform with Btomorrow Ventures and sources green investments for family offices.

As head of sustainable and impact investing at Barclays, Damian advises individuals & family offices on how to grow their assets whilst making a positive contribution. He is a frequent facilitator at impact conferences & renowned specialist in impact framework design.

Alessandra Ricagno

Non-Executive

Heads the global structuring & feeder business of Delio. Alessandra also chairs the board of Delio's Luxembourg fund management business. Prior to Delio, Alessandra worked for Align17 and spent 20 years in senior product & governance roles at JP Morgan and Lombard Odier.
